Fried Gochujang (약고추장)


1 cup gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste) buy it in a Korean grocery store or make your own
½ pound beef: shell steak, tenderloin, or flank steak, cut into ½ inch small cubes
4 teaspoons sesame oil
¼ cup honey
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ cup pine nuts
