4 cups of All Purpose Flour
1-1/4 cups of Milk
1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar
2 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature
1 Tbsp of Instant Yeast
1-1/2 tsp of Salt
For the Butter Layer:
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter, cold
