300~350ml Dashi Stock (1.27~1.48 cups)
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Soy Sauce

1 package of Boiled Udon Noodles
3 Small Shiitake Mushrooms
20g Cut Wakame Seaweed, rehydrated (0.7 oz)
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sake or substitute: dashi stock

6 Small Sausages
1~2 pieces of Spaghetti
3 Boiled Quail Eggs, packaged
3 slices of Kamaboko Fish Cake with pig face
