Ingredients:

about 25 strawberries (10 left with stems on)
2 tbls icing sugar (for dusting)

Crust
2 1/2 cups crushed plain biscuits/cookies
1/3 cup melted butter

Cream Filling
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 tbls lime zest
1 tbls cup fresh passionfruit juice
1 tbls chopped basil
1/4 cup greek style natural yoghurt
