Korean Pancake with Ramps
Ingredients:
1 ounces (about 25 grams) ramps, rinsed and pat-dried
½ cup broccoli flowers or edible flowers (optional)
1 cup chicken broth
¾ cup all purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
vegetable oil
For the pickle sauce (optional but recommended!):
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ cup worth onion, cut into small chunks
1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
