Peach Fool in a Mug

INGREDIENTS
1 tin of peach slices in juice (400g)
shot of elderflower cordial
4 tbsp of natural yoghurt
4 tbsp of full fat crème fraîche
1 tbsp icing sugar
few fresh mint leaves
handful of amaretto biscuits
1 fresh ripe peach
