Banoffee Trifle

INGREDIENTS
Banana bread

butter (60g)
caster sugar (60g)
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas
self-raising flour (300g)
pinch of salt
pinch of baking powder

Jelly

water (350ml)
caster sugar (100g)
spiced rum (60ml)
4 sheets of gelatin

Custard

carton of pre-made custard (500ml)
1 tin of caramel (398g)

To Serve

double cream (400ml)
1 tbsp of icing sugar
2 fresh bananas
handful of toasted almond flakes
few squares of dark chocolate (80% cocoa)
