Silken Tofu (滑らか豆腐 作り方 レシピ)

Ingredients:
250ml Extra-Thick Plain Soy Milk with 12% soy solids (8.5 fl oz)
Nigari Tofu Coagulant, magnesium chloride

* If thick soy milk isn’t available, reduce regular plain soy milk by 20 to 30% by heating it slowly. Make sure to keep stirring the soy milk to avoid forming any films.

– Toppings –
Spring Onion Leaves, chopped
Ginger Root, grated
Bonito Flakes
Dashi Soy Sauce or regular soy sauce
