Tteokgalbi (떡갈비)
Ingredients:
1 pound beef short ribs (4 meaty ribs)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
5 cloves of peeled garlic, minced
¼ cup worth minced onion and 1 green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon rice syrup (or sugar)
1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)
2 teaspoons sesame oil
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
4 large bulb green onions (optional), washed
