800g extra lean beef mince/ground
2 tbsp olive oil
1 red onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 carrot, diced
1 zucchini, diced
1 red capsicum, diced
1 small head broccoli, cut into small florets
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp roughly chopped basil, plus extra leaves, to serve
700g jar passata sauce
500g spaghetti
Firm, reduced fat ricotta, to serve
