4 6oz Chicken Breasts, butterflied and pounded thinly
4 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter, cold
3 Tbsp of Chopped Parsley
2 Tbsp of Chopped Chives or green onions
1 tsp of Dried Dill
1 Clove of Garlic, minced
1 tsp of Lemon Zest
1/2 cup of Flour
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp of Milk
1-1/2 cups of Panko BreadCrumbs
Salt and Pepper, to taste
