Salisbury Steaks

Ingredients:

For the patties:
1-1/2 lb of Ground Beef
2 Tbsp of Grated Onion
1 Egg
1/2 cup of Bread Crumbs
2 tsp of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp of Ketchup
Salt and Pepper, to taste

For the Sauce:

3 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter
1 Onion, sliced into half moon sliced
8oz of Cremini Mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp of Flour
2 cup of Beef Broth
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
